LET GO OF UNHEALTHY CHOICES AND BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF
When you start enjoying the freedom to choose, you will no longer shy away from life but will truly express yourself!
The constant stop-starting of yet another new fad is keeping you in a vicious cycle of trying and failing, making you feel sad.
Telling yourself that this time it will work – only to find yourself reaching for another biscuit until the packet is empty.
Feeling frustrated that you can’t do something as simple as saying no to continuous snacking in the evening.
You have reached a point where you don’t want to bother anymore – after all, nothing has worked.
You’ve tried it all: tips, tricks, diets, recommendations. The list is endless.
I get it.
It feels impossible.
However, working purely on the external factors gets you results that are short-lived or sabotaged. To sustain long-term results, your mind needs to be fully engaged too.
When you observe your thoughts and feelings, you, in effect, take the pressure off, relax and start getting to know yourself.
This is when you will understand what actions to take, enabling you to break patterns that have kept you unhappy.
By focusing on your strengths, you open yourself up to the power within, encouraging you to keep going until you get to your desired results.
THERE IS A WAY
Once you understand why you do what you do on a deeper level, and you get to know yourself better, you will be able to:
Get into new eating habits and have the power to choose so you can feel amazing in your body
Have a helpful self-talk amidst the biggest challenges so that you can keep going and prevent yourself from sabotaging
Feel comfortable in your skin to unapologetically express yourself
Have plenty of energy so that you can stay active around your family and children
I found the courage to believe in myself and to have control over my weight. I’ve been able to stay consistent: “Start where you are, with what you know and have”. I’ve been able to make choices around my eating, activities and sleeping that were effective while listening to my body. Making these changes was initially uncomfortable but thanks to the programme, I was able to keep going even when I wanted to give up. The newly created habits have become my new routine. After 6 weeks I am feeling healthier, happier and more attractive.

YOU NO LONGER NEED TO SHY AWAY FROM SEEING PEOPLE AND JUST WATCH LIFE PASS BY
DITCH THOSE UNHEALTHY EATING HABITS AND START EXPRESSING WHO YOU REALLY ARE
Why me?
I do it differently.
I work from the inside out. Looking at what is going on inside when you are thinking and feeling in a certain way helps you to recognise what needs changing internally.
This enables you to take relevant actions, eventually resulting in external changes - body shape and weight.
When I ran a personal training business, I witnessed too many people focusing on their exercise yet overlooking their main challenges such as “eating habits”, which were the main cause of their unhappiness.
When I observed my clients getting only short-term results, I knew something was missing and I realised I was no longer helping them by working exclusively on external factors.
It became clear that to achieve and sustain long-term results, the inner self also needs to be worked on. This aspect of wellbeing is often ignored. All the focus is put on external factors such as diet and exercise. These can add to the stress we put on ourselves and reinforce the unhealthy cycle.
