There are days when you feel on top of the world, you feel you’ve cracked it.
But then, you break. You feel like you’ve failed. As if you have sabotaged all you have achieved.
You feel like you have ‘undone’ all your success.
You feel stuck.
Success takes a shift. A belief in yourself and a commitment to keep going and an understanding that it will get hard but you can get through it.
Just because you are determined it doesn’t mean you won’t feel the temptation of defeat – you will still feel like giving up and throwing in the towel.
Just because you are determined it doesn’t mean you won’t experience hardship. It will still feel like a struggle at times.
Just because you are determined it doesn’t mean you won’t feel temporary feelings of regret and at times wish you had never committed.
These are normal feelings and processes people go through when making new healthy habits stick.
Those who see results, keep going through these uncomfortable moments.
In order to make a change, we need to move out of our comfort zones.
